Frequently Asked Questions about the Drawings:


1. What type of pencil is used?
The colored pencils are artistic, professional, and imported. Everything is top-of-the-line: the papers and all other materials. I insist on using only the best quality.

2. How do I order a realistic pencil portrait?
You must send photos as DOCUMENTS to my Whatsapp: (31) 98459-9968.
Only close-up photos of faces are acceptable. Distant, blurry, or poorly lit photos can compromise the drawing. The details in the photograph need to be clearly visible – they are very important for a realistic result in the drawing.

3. How is payment made?
After the photo has been analyzed and approved, you must send at least a 50% deposit via Pix or bank transfer to begin the work. The remaining 50% will be paid upon completion of the project. If the client fails to pay the remaining balance, the deposit will not be refunded. The amount can also be paid in installments via credit card in up to 12 installments.

4. Do I have any proof of authorship of the work?
Absolutely. All works are sent with my signature and a certificate of authenticity.

5. Does it include a frame?
A plain white or black frame may be included.

6. How is the work sent?
Shipping included. For deliveries throughout Brazil, shipping is via Correios (this offer is for a limited time). For deliveries outside of Brazil, shipping will be charged.
